Return Policy

Return Within 15 Days

 

If you decide to return an item or items to us, you must request an Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 15 calendar days of the date when you received your purchase to ensure a refund, less the shipping and handling charges we incurred in sending the item(s) to you.


When is Restocking Fee Applied?
Request for returns after 15 calendar days of receipt of item(s) are subject to a minimum of 25% restocking charge, depending on the brand. Request for returns or exchanges after 30 days will not be accepted.



Request for a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
Please call us at (626)279-2658 or e-mail customerservice@lbccommercial.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Once we notify you of the RAN, the product must be returned to our warehouse (see address below) within 15 calendar days of the issuance of the RAN.



Return Conditions

  • All products must be packed in the new original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, hardware, manuals, documentation and registration that were originally included with the product.
  • Products that have been used, installed or modified cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  • Light bulbs cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • All custom-made, made-to-order or special order products are final and cannot be cancelled or returned. Please e-mail customerservice@lbccommercial.com or call our customer service representative at (626)279-2658 for help in placing custom made, made to order or special order products. You may also leave a message Mon-Fri, 8.30 am to 5 pm PST.

  • Any unauthorized return without a RAN will be refused at your expense.

All international orders sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
