Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground or other freight carriers.

Job site Delivery

We gladly offer jobsite deliveries for large order deliveries upon request. Our jobsite delivery service includes:

• Palletizing of all items. This helps to ensure that your order is delivered securely.
• Labelling of cartons for identification. For example, Type A, Type C, or "Dining Area Wall Sconce"…etc.
• Call Before Delivery Notification. This is to ensure that someone will be present at the jobsite to receive the delivery. (Applies to deliveries made by regular freight carriers only. UPS or Fedex are unable to call before deliveries).
• Please note that freight carriers can only deliver to 1st Floor or Ground level locations only. Hand unloading, inside deliveries, deliveries made to basements or 2nd floor and above, are all extra services that will incur additional costs.
• Requests for lift gates, pallet jacks and other special unloading equipments are optional, and will incur additional costs.

Expedited Next Day or 2-day Shipping

We offer Next Day or 2-day Shipping at an additional cost. Selecting either Next-day or 2-day shipping is a faster way to get your order to you. However, it is still subject to the availability of the items you ordered and the time your order is placed. We estimate delivery dates at checkout, taking both shipping time and item availability into consideration. There is no weekend delivery or pickup service for our Next-Day and 2-Day Delivery options.

Freight Delivery and Surcharges

We work hard to keep our shipping charges as low as possible.

Large and/or bulky items such as Fluorescent Troffers, Industrial Striplights, Hi-bays/Low-Bays, Outdoor Shoebox, Poles and other heavy and large lighting fixtures are considered oversize and/or overweight by UPS, FedEx or regular freight carriers. Therefor, a surcharge will be charged depending on the item's size and/or weight. These surcharges are based solely on extra charges imposed by our Freight company for transporting oversize and/or overweight items. We will contact you for the surcharge and scheduled delivery.

Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico

We offer 3-Day and Standard Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Standard Delivery transit times will range from 3 to 4 weeks in these regions. 3-Day Service is available at an additional cost. Shipping charges for deliveries outside of the 48 continental U.S. will be quoted via e-mail within 24 hours of your order or request. Shipping quotes do not include customs charges, duties, dock fees, insurance, brokerage fees or any other international-related charges.

International, AFO/FPO Addresses and US Territories

LBCCommercial.com ships to International, all 50 U.S. States, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via our USPS Standard service level. We estimate 10 to 15 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take longer. There are also some destinations that we may not be able to ship to. Shipping, duties, taxes and other shipping expenses are strictly the responsibilities of the customers. All sales are final for international orders.
